Multiple requests for cancellations will lead to blacklisting on all platforms. I'm sorry but I have been lenient with cancellations and have had to pay for customers cancellations out of my own pocket, so please understand this hinders my independent business and do not place orders that you do not want.
I put the wrong address in my order. Can you change it?
I can only change the address in an order that has NOT HAS ITS SHIPPING LABEL CREATED. Once the shipping label has been bought, the package immediately goes en route to the post office and I cannot make any further changes, nor am I responsible if the package gets delivered to the incorrect destination. If you realize that you have put the incorrect address, CONTACT ME ASAP with "URGENT" in the subject line so that we can hope to catch it before it is sent off.
I moved during the pre-order period! How do I change my address?
As long as it has not been shipped, just go ahead and use the contact button to send me an email and I will go ahead and update the address for you!
I received a damaged item!
I'm so sorry about that!
I do my best to package everything safely, once USPS has it then it is out of my hands. If this happens I offer two solutions: If I have the item in-stock I will replace it but ask that you pay for the re-shipping fee! If you do not want a replacement for the item or if I do not have the item in-stock, I ask that you completely destroy the item and provide photo evidence of such before I process a refund for the item. This is to prevent abuse of previous damage policies or circumstances handled by USPS.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?
I'm sorry but I do not! I am a singular person who doesn't do art full-time or even part-time, so it would be very difficult for me to process returns / exchanges. All sales are final, please make sure that you are content with your purchase before checking out!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! For most products, I offer shipping worldwide. This does NOT include posters. As of 12/1/2023, I DO NOT ship to EU / UK on Bigcartel anymore due to VAT policies that make it very difficult for me to manage. Please wait for my etsy to open in order to place any orders for shipping to the EU/UK.
Additionally if you are international, please note that with unforeseeable global events, USPS (USA's primary shipping company) may cease or pause shipping to certain countries. In those events, your order will be canceled and fully refunded.
Due to shipping constraints or high shipping cost and fragility, large posters are only offered in Canada and USA.
My package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it.
Please understand that once a package has been marked as "delivered" on the package's tracking information, I have to assume that this is true and I can not take any responsibility for its misplacement. In most cases, the package will show up a few days later because sometimes the postal system will mark it as "delivered" even before it leaves the facility. Please contact your local post office (USPS if you are in the United States) as they would be most qualified to help you in this situation.
If my package is returned to you will you reship it?
I would have no problem reshipping a returned package - the customer would be the one to pay the reshipping fee. I will hold the returned package up to half a year from when it is received before it is no longer eligible to be reshipped.
My package is lost / the tracking hasn't updated for several weeks.
I may be able to help you with reshipment once it is considered "lost" according to our policies. I cannot reship an order if it gets lost a second time. I do not consider packages to be lost until the following number of days since the most recent tracking update:
United States: 30 days
Canada/Mexico/Puerto Rico/U.S. Outer Islands: 60 days
International: 90 days
Please note that while I do my best to ship your package in a timely and secure manner, I also do not control the postal system. Once a package is shipped, it is out of my hands and now up to a third party to deliver it to its destination. I recommend contacting your local postal system (USPS if you live in the United States) as they are the most qualified to help you!
Do you offer custom merchandise?
Yes! Please contact me through my email yuuxine(at)gmail.com for questions and inquiries about custom merchandise. I offer physically produced commissions for personal usage as well as commissions for commercial usage products.
I offer these special custom merchandises: dakimakuras, standees (all sizes up to 10inch), stickers, keychains/charms, and large prints (prints are USA/Canada only).
Keep in mind that I will NOT make an item for you with art that WAS NOT commissioned by me. (Eg: asking for a keychain made from art that you commissioned from another artist.) If you are looking for custom merchandise it must be a commissioned art by me.
